Measuring the Bar-On EI Concept:
The Bar-On EQ-i™, EQ-360™ and EQ-i:YV™ were developed to assess the Bar-On model of emotional-social intelligence. In the following sections, these instruments are described together with an account of how they were developed and validated, followed by a brief discussion regarding what I think are the key issues in EI test development:
